7-layer Greek hummus dip

One of my favorite parts about a dinner party is the time right after the guests arrive. Your house is freshly cleaned, candles are lit, dinner is in the oven, and everyone has a fresh cocktail in hand. Greek chicken burgers with tzatziki sauce and cucumber salad

This recipe has a few of my go-to’s in it: I use this tzatziki sauce a lot, whether it’s for pairing with a greek meat dish (like these chicken burgers), or as a dip for cucumbers and pita chips. I also make this cucumber side salad regularly, and it’s one of my favorite go-to salads to keep in the fridge.

Other than the great go-to accompaniaments, this Greek chicken burger is incredibly delicious. With fresh garlic, lemon juice, and even feta cheese in the patty, it’s packed with flavor. Then, when you serve it with a huge dollop of tzatziki and fresh red onions, it’s an absolute meal winner, for breakfast or for dinner.

In the past year or so, I’ve started watching Bon Appetit’s YouTube episodes, and one of my favorite chefs to watch is Molly Baz. One of her recent recipes is one for a delicious side dish – crispy smashed potatoes with a salty, oil-based walnut dressing, served over a bed of sour cream and fresh herbs.

I thought it sounded delicious so I gave it a try, and oh man, it did not disappoint.

Tilapia in roasted red pepper sauce

Yumm this recipe was delish! I’m constantly looking for new ways to have fish, and this one looked really unique: a creamy roasted red pepper sauce. I found this recipe when perusing Pinterest, and if I’m being honest, it caught my eye simply because of how colorful and beautiful it is. The roasted red peppers create such a beautiful warm, rich reddish-orange color, and it just feels very comforting and inviting, so I thought I’d give it a try.
